SocialFluxx is an AI-assisted workflow that helps you write better Instagram comments faster — in your voice. The Service allows users to:
SocialFluxx does not auto-post to Instagram. You approve every comment and choose when and where to post it.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

SocialFluxx is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.
We offer multiple subscription tiers (for example: Free, Basic, Pro, and Ultra). Each tier has different usage limits and features as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly (or annually, if offered) in advance via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except as required by law, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
If you’re a first-time subscriber and the Service isn’t a fit, contact support@socialfluxx.com within 14 days of your initial purchase. We review refund requests case-by-case (and we’ll always honor any rights you have under applicable law).
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SocialFluxx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of comments you create using the Service (including AI-generated suggestions and any edits you make). You are solely responsible for how you use these comments and must ensure compliance with Instagram's Terms of Service.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIALFLUXX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
